Chicago Arts Institute Addition

This addition to the Chicago Art Institute was designed by ARUP. Challenges included tying into existing building, frequent changes, limited site access, no storage, and it required us to perform a lot of high end specialty connection designs. We performed fracture critical work and high-end multiple coating systems.
